I have files saved from ToonBoom Harmony from when I had a free trial but it's ended and I dont' know how to open them in After Effects.

TLDR I have Adobe After Effects and don't know how to use it. I have them on a flash drive but I don't know how to transfer those files since they were saved in ToonBoom? I could be ignorant about a way to open those files without using Harmony but to me, it seems like I'll have to start over again. The thing is I have Adobe Suites so I could try to use After Effects, though I don't know how to use it at all and all my files were saved in Harmony. I was working on a project that I wanted to continue, but now I don't really have access to Toon Boom Harmony. I already activated the 21 day trial on that second account, but because I couldn't properly reinstall it, it's like I don't have access to it. I uninstalled the program and then attempted to reinstall it but when I downloaded Harmony again, it remembered my old account and told me my trial had ended. I deactivated my account and made a new one with a secondary email address. Even with the student discount, I wouldn't be able to purchase that for at least another month, SO I tried to be sneaky. I have just finished my first animation class and I got comfortable working with Harmony, however my trial expired and it's an expensive purchase (what with the holidays and the fact that I'm a broke college student). To start off with some background info, I already know how to animate in ToonBoom Harmony.
